Thermal overload relays are protection devices required in various motor starter combinations. L&T Electrical & Automation’s range of contactors complements the range of thermal overload relays. These are available for various DOL/ Star delta combinations. The overload relays have a built-in sensitive mechanism that protects the motor from overload and single phasing.
Supernova series motor protection circuit breaker (MPCB) from L&T Electrical & Automation (E&A) integrates functions of MCCB and thermal overload relay into a highly compact single unit. Equipped with a wide range current adjustment dial (with maximum/minimum ratio of 1.4 to 1.6), the MPCB easily adjusts to match the rated current of the motor for optimum protection. MPCB provides protection against short circuit & overload. The compact size of the MPCB, including overload relay functions, also enables a smaller installation area with less wiring space for a reduction in panel size.
C-line offers you a unique series of changeover Switches combining compactness with high performance and convenience, thus making C-line a state-of-the-art product in changeover technology. The C-line range covers ratings from 63A to 2000A in 6 frame sizes. Changeover Switches are available in open execution, sheet steel enclosure, fused version (suitable for DIN type fuse – link ) and motorised version.
FN SDFs come with the following safety features as a standard offering: Terminal Shrouds on both line and load side, Phase barriers, High clearances and creepage distances, High ground clearance

Let-through energy value of the fuse is extremely low; it leads to optimal selectivity for the cable size and downstream protection devices. Low power loss also lead to low running cost and minimum heating.. Fuse blown indication is available through a red pop-up indicator. Suitable fuse base & fuse pulling handle are also available.
